  • Windstream Quotes incorret prices to its potential customers

    We recently switched to Windstream for the bundle package. We were originally quoted $130 after taxes. We have been getting bills for no less than $165. When I called them, they proceeded to tell me that there is $40 in taxes. I am well aware of taxes that are to be paid however when a customer asks prior to switching what the after tax price will be and am quoted $130 that should be the price that is taken out of my account each month. Switching as soon as I possibly can from this joke of a company! Do not go with them if you can at all choose too!!!! More...

  • Review: customer service

    Monday, August 26,2013, we had an appointment from you to have our connections restored, and a gentleman from your company, by the name of Bob(we don't have a last name), came as scheduled to our home and was the most professional and courteous person we've encountered for some time. It was sooooooooooooooo hot and humid that day we attempted to overflow him with cold beverages, and he remained as courteous throughout his entire time here.   • Internet connection

    When I turned on my computer this AM I had no Internet connection.After calling the 800-990-4449 no. several times&getting no answer I called the repair service line.The young lady there connected me with Allen Wicker.He not only was very polite & nice he got me back on the Internet in short order. as I am a 76 year old computer dummy I really apreciate the kindness he showed while solving my problem.Thanks again Allen.
