Private Home


For months now, we have been told oh, everyone is having trouble with the internet by service people. What is being done about it. We have service maybe a couple of hours in a day -- we are currently looking for other providers because we are paying for services not rendered. I believe they are holding many customers hostage just because we don't know where to turn. Maybe the New Mexico PRC should look into this bad service.

For months now we have had dial up speeds from our 3MB internet service in the evenings. A Windstream support analyst told us it was because they had 'oversold the area'. There has been not offer to compensate us and not word of when the situation is to be resolved. Now I find that Windstream refused government money to improve their system because they didn't like the terms. It is a shame we can 'refuse Windstream'. They are the only game in town here. So much for privatisation and the almighty capitalist society. Bullshit!!!
