Thank you for sending me this survey as I have many issues with the install of this service.

First, it would be a great idea for the installer to speak with the homeowners, walk through the home and around the perimeter of the home to evaluate what the installer will likely have to do before they just start installing anything. We made several attempts to ask questions about the different options that were likely to happen so that we could determine what would work best for us. We have a brand new home with a freshly laid yard and was wondering how the install would be handled. We were very displeased with his attitude and professionalism when we would ask the questions. We would get very short answers without any further explanation never completely answering what we had ask. I do not feel he had the customer in mind for any part of his install. He simply had a mission to come in, do the job and out the door and appeared to have an expectation that we wouldn't interfere with him or ask any questions about what was about to happen.

Second, We originally had the install scheduled for last Friday(took off of work to be here) and there was no prior notification that the install would not happen until we called several times and several longs holds on the phone before someone finally told us that the install would not be Friday. The install was then scheduled for Monday. We received a call with a statement that the installer would be arriving between 10-2pm(another day off of work to be home for the install). The installer didn't make it to the house for the install until after 4:30pm.

Third, Today is now Thursday and we still haven't heard anything from anyone about setting up our account nor has anyone contacted us regarding the completion of the installation. There is a cable still stretched across our yard and our concrete driveway that we must drive over every day(that can't be good for the cable line). There has not been anyone contact us regarding what is going to be done with the cable.
And Fourth, we are already very displeased with the internet service. We have tried numerous times to connect to apple TV and Netflix(streaming of movies) and this has yet to work for more than a few seconds at a time and at times won't connect at all due to inadequate network connectivity.
To say the least, this has not been a pleasant experience at all.
