Windstream poor service


Since day one we are having problem with windstream . When the sales person wants your business they will answer your phone right away but currently she never respond to my email or my phone. We had complain with WI-Fi connection it has never been resolve being in a hotel business. We have customer who wants to use internet service all the time. But when we gave them the password that the windstream has provided us it never work and I SAY TO MYSELF HERE WE GO AGAIN. THEY WILL OPEN UP A TICKET NUMBER FOR YOU BUT NEVER RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE . YOU WON'T EVEN KNOW WHEN THEY HAVE CLOSED YOUR TICKET WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. THEY ARE NOT DOING THERE JOB. A while back when i had open a ticket for internet..they said someone will be here to resolve the issue after christmas. I think they meant not in 2012 but i think they will fix the internet issue in 2013.and i believe my ticket is already closed. I don't ever bother them anymore but this is how there service is very very poor. I being in a hotel business have lost so much of my business because of the issue never been solved. Even today when i called them they opened my ticket and it was already been closed without notice. I called them to let them know that my phone line was down and i could here people talking in the background (cross connection) plus when i called the cop when i had an incident and gave them my phone # they said it was listed under residential address. When i opened my ticket again they said that verizon guy will be down here to resolve the issue. but when he came down he said it at cavilier end(viz windstream). My problem and issue is stuck between Windstream and verizon tech. I hope they can solve my problem. If this keeping on going back and forth i will have to give up... this time when they called they said there will be a trip charge for them to come and see the problem and not fix the problem yet. They said they will charge me for the service. Which is not even my fault? So they went and closed my ticket again. I called again and spoke to the tech. They said they will be send a tech again. My bill was a flat rate. But they are charge me for the usage for the other person that is using my line...and billing me. So i guess if you don't see your contract they will charge you whatever price they want too..
