worst company ever - phone services

Winstream took over a local company in Ephrata PA. We had no problems with the old company until windstream took over. We had our services scheduled to be switched to a new address but had to postpone the switch. I called and confirmed that everything was taken care of however the services were still shut off even though I had confirmed that they were not to be turned off anymore. My business is now withour phone services and losing out on business. Their response is they don't credit for loss of business even though it was completly theit fault. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I am also here in Ephrata, PA. My experiences with Windstream have all been bad. When the big switch occured my business lost countless hours on internet downtime. They don't respond to e-mails saying that they've corrected my countless bouncing e-mails. Am switching to PenTeleData for the internet and hopefully they will soon offer phone service and I'll leave Windstream out on the street where they've left me. What a shame that such a progressive phone company we had D&E would sell out to such a bunch of losers. I hope those who did this to us at D&E enjoy their financial rewards while selling their own community out to an outside company who's motives leave little doubt!
