Windstream Privacy Issues with internet - Windstream Broadband

I had Windstream last year for the month of October and I just couldn't take the speed. In 2017 you would think that dial up speed would be a thing of the past and to pay 80 bucks a month for it is ridiculous so I canceled the service and went with another ISP. Soon after the switch my home network was breached and my identity stolen. I'm on the other side of a 10 month battle that isn't even over yet, but last nigh after learning that Windstream now offered the hight speed of 12 mbps I had to make the change back to protect my network and family. I was dropping from 60 mbps and paying more but I figured the price was worth the reward. Last night I learned that I (or someone who was stealing my Identity) had an account at this address for the last 10 months but Windstream had no invoices for the service, again activation was verified. I also found that there was another user on my current account which filled all the connection and back-up information out in the beginning. At first I felt like maybe we were getting somewhere and they were going to handle this but, I was put on hold for hours and had to call back only to be told that nothing that happened when the account was enrolled would hurt the overall network and that my system was safe. Now I've found that I'm on Apacbe servers, Winows server and my computer is hooked to a router I can't aceess. Great job Windstream you are taking the trust that people put in you and burning it. Also get with the times it's not like I live in the woods, you can do better that 12mbps I'm sure..
